Conditions in Egypt

we were able to contact egypt and according to my family the government is sending out thugs that are wrecking homes and raping women and beating up everyone in their way. the police is nonexistent and the point is to prove that the government protects them and without them they would be ruined.they’re trying to scare everyone into staying inside their homes to prevent protests and instill peace. DISGUSTING how humans can do that to their own people! the men are sitting underneath the apartments guarding the homes with the women and children inside. rabina ma3aki ya masr you’re in my prayers

Watching and reading about this entire situation makes my heart hurt.  The every day things that I take for granted.  Realizing how insignificant my problems are in comparison.
